We start with a free 30-minute call to understand what you're building and whether we're the right fit. No pitch, just honest advice. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what to build and how.

Scoping Session
60–90 minutes
Before we write a single line of code, we nail down exactly what gets built. This protects you from scope creep and ensures you get exactly what you need, not more, not less.

Proposal
Within 48 hours
You receive a clear written proposal within 48 hours of the scoping session. Everything is spelled out, what we'll build, the price, the payment schedule, and the timeline.

- Fixed price, 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
- Timeline and key milestones

Build
Per agreed timeline
We build. You'll get regular updates, a staging link as soon as anything is visible, and sign-off at each milestone. We never go dark, you always know where things stand.
During the build
- Weekly progress updates
- Staging link shared early so you can see it taking shape
- Your sign-off at each milestone before we move on
- Any blockers flagged immediately, no surprises at the end
Handover
30-min call + docs
When the build is complete, we hand everything over properly. You own it, the code, the hosting, the domain. We walk you through how to manage it yourself, no ongoing dependency on us.

Post-Launch Support
2 weeks included
Every project includes two weeks of post-launch support. If anything needs fixing after you go live, we're on it. After that, we're always happy to talk about what comes next.
